I have lived at Coronado Crossing for a year and a half now. I transferred from a one bedroom to a two bedroom apartment after a year. I have loved my experience here. The apartments are beautiful. I think that everyone has to keep in mind that apartments are just that - apartments. People have lived in them before. They are not going to be brand new every time someone moves in. There might be maintenance issues, but you pay for a staff to take care of those issues. I have never had a maintenance issue that was not taken care of. Not to mention, all of the guys on the maintenance staff smile, wave, and talk to me when I see them. So does the office staff for that matter.

Coronado Crossing also offers free pest control to take care of the bugs that will always come in the summer in Arizona.

I think you also have to understand that in apartments, you are going to hear your neighbors, no matter how quiet they are. Excessive noise is a different story, which the office staff does take care of in a very quick, professional manner.

I work for a different apartment community, so I know how this business works. The staff at Coronado Crossing is exceptional. The apartments are beautiful. The pool is gorgeous. There's even a tanning booth in the fitness center. You can't beat the location (hence why I sill live there and work at another apartment community 10 miles away). They really do all they can to make everyone happy. I would, and have, recommended this community to many people. You just have to read through your lease and all of the information you sign. That is your responsibility, not that of the office staff.

Overall, I have had a wonderful experience at Coronado Crossing, and am going to live there until I can buy a place of my own.
