It was decent but the maintenance stinks.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
We got in fast and that was nice. We only lived there 3 months but had several maintenance problems. Leaky pipe in bathroom sink that never got fixed after 3 reports. Broken light on patio. New air filters since our AC wasn't getting the tiny apartment cool. Loads of pigeon crap on our porch. Some of the staff was nice and others were not so bright.
