First, I want to start by saying something positive: These apartments are pretty. Truly pretty. They have lots of cute little amenities inside that MOST apartments in the area do not have: the windows are huge and beautiful thus letting in a lot of light, the color schemes are unique, little nooks and crannies were built into the place, nice landscaping, nice outside, nice pools. O.K. that being said, they have a TON of potential, but seriously I have NEVER dealt with a WORSE management EVER before in my apartment living life. I have seen the assistant manager Tami talk to a resident as if he were a two year old child when his car got BOOTED by their hired parking Nazis. They have hired people to patrol the parking lot looking for cars without an approved complex permit (which they failed to mention to MANY people before moving in). So imagine you are on your way to work and you walk out your door and your car is immobilized by a company hired by the very complex you reside in. And when you go to the office flabbergasted, you are treated like a child, like a child who has done wrong. Also, there are bugs crawling up the WALLS at night!!!!! I am embarrassed to walk from my car to my apt. if there is a friend with me. Crickets, Cockroaches, spiders: You name it! Trash EVERYWHERE!!! Even tho are "trying" to regulate it by FINING their residents, it is MOST DEFINITELY the WRONG solution. They need more trash compactors is what they need. They don't need to piss off any more residents!!! It is THEIR FAULT that there is not a TRASH SOLUTION, and THEY NEED to fix it, not pretend like the residents are the problem. The actual fact that there is NO PLACE to put the trash other than ONE compactor on the far end of the complex, IS the TRUE problem! I could go on about more, but this is enough for now.
