Pretty nice

There are pros and cons to any apartment community, this one is no different. Chandler is a great area, and very family friendly. When we first moved in, we had a few issues with the paperwork from the staff who moved us in, but nothing serious and in a short time there was new staff in the office. The apartments are very pretty and feature things you don't normally find in apartments. There are a few different color schemes, real tile, and good size bathrooms and built in shelving. There is a decent amount of storage, and the larger two bedrooms have two outside storage closets. The layouts are great and the bedrooms are pretty large. The area is nice, set back from Ray Rd. and across the street from a park and very nice homes, and 1/2 a mile from a large shopping center. It is very close to grocery stores and a gas station. Parking is an issue if you have more then one car, and the gates are broken 1/2 the time, but gates in any community are all the same. You do have to have a parking permit, which costs $15 and you need to purchase from another company, which we were not told about when we moved in. In fact, we didn't know about it until we were ticketed in our assigned spot. There seems to be an even mix of young, college aged kids as well as families, but overall the community is very quiet. The pools have always been clean and maintenance has responded pretty fast to nearly all of our requests. Basically, the apartments are very nice and pretty well kept, but the office is a little slow to respond. They are all very friendly and frequently hosts get togethers, which have always been fun. They even played a "Deal or No Deal" type game and gave away lots of money and free rent. But, anytime we have had a question or concern we have had a hard time with follow up. We are moving because we purchased a home, but otherwise would most likely stay.
