Honestly I just signed my fourth 12-month lease and I have no reason to move. Yes i'll admit parking is a pain if you have guest especially in the northwest sector. But besides that I have no complaints. They pick up the trash if you put on the curb in the morning.

They fix anything that is wrong within 48 hours (and its only that long if they are short-staffed)

You get a free carpet clean each time you sign a new lease. Of course this benefits them as well, but I'm not complaining on a $150 service.

Any if your loyal to them, they treat you well. My rent did not go up more than 50 dollars the first two leases and has stayed the same the last two.

There are enough different floor plans to fit any situation.

The convenience of the gate right to Price road to the 101 is well.... priceless.
