First off, I will start out by saying that these apartments are beautiful, and they are in a perfect location in Chandler.
Now, here is the ugly truth. . .
The PARKING sucks here, the apartment complex charges for their covered parking AND their garages. I would of thought being a RESIDENT here at Coronado that I'd get at least one free parking stall. That is sadly not the case. Friday and Saturday nights are the worst nights to depend on that close parking stalls near your apartment. Other residents seem to have numbers of friends come over and those friends ALL decide to park in those conveinent spots CREATED for their residents. Clearly, that is not happening. I've had to park so far away from my apartment it's horrific. The bug problem is still there, the reason being those trees they consistantly continue growing and planting in the community that house those bugs that make a horrible buzzing noise (which, yes the office may not be able to control)however STOP planting more of them!
OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE. PERIOD.
Except for Jolette and Jennifer.
The landscaping schedules. . .
They come in to the community at the most interuppting times. Note: This is the offices fault due to the reason that they hire the landscapers and their time of arrival and departure . . .
On the weekends, they've come and started to trim the bushes behind my back patio. MIND YOU, IT WAS 8AM IN THE MORNING! RIDICULOUS!
Save yourself your sanity and avoid Coronado Crossing.

When we lived there, the landscapers were trimming around our apartment at 7am! But after all, it is the desert. They need to work early before it gets too hot. Parking is a problem in the front of the community. Our apartment was in the back, where there is more open parking.

Parking in the back is bad I agree, I have never had any rude things happen with the staff there usually pretty helpful but I almost always deal with Jolette and Jennifer. I got a great deal on this place and in all my time here I had one roach, but that happens everywhere really its bee great here thus far. I live in the northwest corner and the landscaping people dont make it here till much later in the day so thats never been a problem for me. Seeing as how most complexes wont even really tow a car out of "your" parking spot here in chandler for some damn reason the fact that they charge here for the covered parking stalls means they will have them towed thats partially what ur paying for. It sucks that technically your paying to have cars towed out of ur spot, but if I was gonna pay for ti I would get one of the garages for 50/month. Cheaper than a storage unit and much cheaper than most complexes charge. Parking and bad interactions with staff members that obviously are rarly in the office aren't much reason to avoid this place. The prices are great the apartments are well laid out and the location is amazing for the price you pay.
