I've lived here for almost a year now. I am generally pleased, and if I was staying in Chandler I'd renew my lease here.

Pros:
Nice apartment with tiled kitchen/bathroom.
Good sized 1 BR apartment.
Pricing is very fair.
Nice pool/community grills are convenient
maintenance is quick
trash service picks up your trash Sun-Thurs evenings
vaulted ceilings/ceiling fans on 2nd floor

Cons:
new paint job looks tacky - should have picked different colors
some maintenance on the outdoor lighting around the apartment needs to be done - light poles were falling apart near my apartment
