Professionally "marketed" is a more accurate description of the property. Once you sign the lease, (some) of the staff really do not care about you after that. (Yes, except for Jolette & Jennifer- very professional). What these people fail to realize is that while apartment management is their business, what they're dealing with is peoples' HOMES- an intensely personal aspect of their lives. The interpersonal communication definitely lacks when dealing with the staff here. Unfortunately the manager is the most heinous offender. I had a FedEx parcel being held in the office, and since she was the only one staffing the office at that moment, she pointed toward a pile of parcels and told me that "if it's here, it'll be over there." Ummm, okay..... thank you for being so incredibly impersonal. Furthermore, they don't even secure resident packages. She didn't even watch what I was doing as I sifted through an entire stack of resident mail and parcels. I could have snagged anybody's Amazon or Home Shopping Network packages.... Basically, I think that if the company is going to push its "professionally managed" properties as such, they ought to at least give staff a rundown on customer service. These guys are focused primarily on the sales....
