Useless and utmost rude staff. Pls dont lease here. You will see the change in their attitude once you complete lease sign off especially Terri (Manager) and Dawn(Asst. Manager). Set of ruthless staff who dont give a damn abt the current residents. You go with a problem or an issue they tell you "If you want you can look elsewhere" and treat residents like a piece of ----. They must try and remember they are servicing us for the lease and they are not running any charity.

And when you leave the premises after the lease completes, you almost pay a months rent as breakage charges which is --------.

Strongly suggest dont rent here and lose your peace of mind.

With heart felt dissatisfaction.

Well I can only say that I always found them to be extremely helpful. Both the women you mentioned and the other staff members. They were out immediately with any problems I had and took care of them. Always courteous to me and anyone I saw them speaking with. Maybe there is just one person with a problem here. I lived in apt 1039. I would live there again if the situation arises that I am in Phoenix.

I havn't had any real problems here with anyone being rude at all. The worst problem I had was with the online rent payment, but it that resolved itself with little to no hassle.
