I'm very surprised at the other reviews discouraging prospective tenants. I have lived here for 2 years with no problems. There's ample parking for visitors near my building. Maintenance is on the ball. They respond within 24 hours. The staff has always been friendly and professional. There has been criminal activity which the staff always communicates to the tenants so we are aware of what's going on around us. I'd stay away from getting an apartment along Joshua Blvd because the traffic is noisy and those motorized scooters drive me nuts. But as far as the complex itself I'm very pleased overall.
