For the most part, the staff was unfriendly and not helpful throughout our stay at the apartment. They were nice up until the day my husband and I signed the lease. The leasing agent did not mention that we had to pay for our water until the day we signed the lease, then he lied and said that he told us. (That would have influenced our choice in apartments.)
It was also our fault when they deposited our rent money into a different apartment's account. We occasionally had problems with other people parking in our assigned space, needless to say the office staff was not helpful in resolving the matter.
If you do decide to live at Country Brook, please take photographs of the apartment before you move in, so they do not charge you for cleaning/damages when you move out.
The only reason we stayed as long as we did was because it was a convient location for us (and that it was a hassle to move).

I'm glad I moved, too. I moved to The Acapella on 7th St and Osborn. WORLD of difference. I am talking night and day. Nooopy93
