I am warning prospective residents of this Apartment. I beg you, please reconsider your decision about moving into this dump. I moved out a month ago and because we were so excited to move to our new home, we forgot to request a walkthrough. We just got charged 456.00 for the carpet even though when we moved out, the carpet had no excessive damage. We also got charged 48.32 for insufficient notice to vacate the property even though my 30 day notice was actually 2 days early.
