In the staff the Manager is not at all cooperative. She would try to boss you and not courteous.
Kim is a nice person i found in the staff. Others are ok except the Manager.
Also watch out they charge fine for every person after you leave the apartments. 5 of my friends left and all of them are charged atleast 200$.

Management is dreadful! I had tried to work with them several times in the rate of my new lease as they wanted it incoreased by $60! During negotiations, they charged me a month to month rate, and we not helpful at all...I would never reccommend this place

Totally agree with you on 'Staff NOT Co-operative'. The manager 'LISA' always tries to NOT HELP you whatever be your need.
Don't understand why are they even keeping her there.
Other staff members JoAnn, Lyn are helpful though.
Many of my friends staying there are of same opinion. They always suggest to contact any staff member other than LISA - TOTALLY NON-CO OPERATIVE STAFF MEMBER.
