My year lease is almost up and the experience has been enjoyable for the most part. I am thinking of renewing my lease as long as the rent does not raise a considerable amount. It's in a nice area and close to Desert Breeze Park, Corona Del Sol and Chandler Mall. The neighbors aren't too noisy and I have had almost no maintenance problems (air conditioning once and fixed promptly). I would recommend this apartment complex with my experience so far.
