My lease is almost up here and I can say i've enjoyed my time. With the way their community is laid out it's pretty quiet here most of the day, and unless they're actually outside of my window the walls and ceilings are thick enough that I sometimes forget I even have neighbors. The rent isn't too bad and their maintenance is usually on top of things, although it always takes multiple trips to actually get the job done.

With the good comes the bad though. I don't really have any serious complaints however. They do try to maintain their public areas but there are a whole lot of dogs and stray cats around. There's never a shortage of old, dried, poop in the rocks and on the sidewalk. The landscaping guys always seem to show up at the crack of dawn too, and really do milk their time with those leafblowers. There's also a whole lot of unsupervised kids that run around during the day so don't count on a peaceful day at any of the pools.

We also get some sewer roaches that come up through the drains every couple of days. It would really help if there were filters on the drains. At they usually don't leave the bathroom, and my cat handles the problem either way.

Overall it's a pretty nice community in a very nice and convenient area. I would probably stick around if my rent wasn't going to go up for it, and if there weren't much better deals for much better apartments in much nicer areas right now. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
