I enjoyed living in Country Brook. The apartment was spacious and had lots of natural light, which I liked. There was a TON of room inside for storage (big closets and cupboards). The grounds were nice and we never had any issues with noise. There was ample uncovered parking, so if we had someone over to visit they didn't have to worry about that. I know many people have complained about the staff...the only person I remember dealing with was Joann and she was VERY NICE. All in all, it was probably the nicest apartment I have lived in.

But when we moved out we were very surprised at all the charges. We only lived in the apartment for 6 months. We were good tenants. But, the charges totaled over $600. After deducting our deposit, we owed over $300. I've lived in other apartments before and while I've had some charges (or been required to have the carpets cleaned), I've never encountered anything like this. I really think Country Brook should consider raising their deposit, just so tenants don't get so shocked after they move out. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
