We've lived here since 9/04 and it was great for the first three months - nice and responsive management, well maintained grounds, quiet neighborhood, even though we are a pool-side apt. Then, new management arrived and things just went downhill from there. While the maintenance people were responsive to my service requests, noise levels increased dramatically. For the last six months, there is not a week that goes by where we are disturbed at 2:30AM by some party at the pool that gets ridiculously loud. I've called the police more times than I care to remember, called mgmt, but still the problem persists. Also, the new mgmt failed to maintain the grounds very well: didn't deal with public trash cans by the pool and grills until they were practically a health hazard, landscaping neglected, etc. Fitness center is poorly maintained and the equipment is never working quite right, thus is a hazard.

Additionally, our master bath has been plagued with ants that surfaced about a month after we moved in. Now, the place has been sold and they are jacking the rents on some apts about 20%, which is OUTRAGEOUS. That means that my 2BD/2BT will be OVER $1000. For a property that is tired and wornout. True, they have cleaned up some, but its only been three weeks since the property changed hands...

The pool hours have changed from 24 hours to 7am to 10pm Sunday through Thursday and Friday and Saturday from 7am to 11pm. The new management company and staff have done a great job at cleaning this place up and making sure the residents are happy. We have also ordered 3 pieces of new fitness equipment. So come on down and check us out for yourselves.
