I recently moved out of 1091 (1 BDRM). I had no problems. Staff was great & the apartment was very well kept. I never had any real issues the entire time I lived there. I have never written on this site but I feel that with some negativity on previous reviews DTC may be getting a bad rep for no good reason. One of the best management companies I have dealt with & everything in great condition.
