Actual apartment:
The place is a nice size for the price - after careful review of Chandler; this place offers some of the most sq. ft. for the price range. Great layouts.

Fixtures are nice and the counter tops are a decent color. The tile floors are a nice upgrade and laundry room make things convenient.

Garden tub is spacious BUT "it clogs very EASY! - and draining is a serious issue with many of the tenants I have spoken too also"

Bugs are common place - often we suspect the exterminator is placating to us. They might as well be spraying Raid - and no pro-active efforts are made by management unless they are pressed.

A/C
The apartments have issues keeping maintaining low temperatures. Discussions with other tenants agree - the units have insufficient units to properly cool apartments in summer.

Outside grounds
They often are slow to keep grounds up but it is a top down issue - the actual people doing the work are competent.

Crime Rate
Many issues with car theft and break-ins. Ask to see the crime rate before signing - you may change your mind with this alone. The area is not the best of locations and it has above average crime. Cop cars frequent the apartment complex on weekends from disturbances.

Fitness room, Pool, and grills
The facilities are ok, but repairs and cleaning occur well after the posted 12 day turn around and the fixes are often less then acceptable. The pool remained un-cleaned for quite a long period of time. Fitness room not cooled enough.

Staff
Everyone feels that the staff's at apartment complexes are sub-par so lets set our expectations accordingly. This one is no different - they haggle with customers (we are customers after all) and very rarely agree without a belittling argument. Oh what a management class would do for the majority of people in these positions. No need to name names spend any time communicating issues and you will understand.

I disagree. When my husband and i went to look at apartment homes there they quickly turned us away based soley on apperance. Unless there are drastic changes in the apartment staff attitude and an apology of sorts i would not recommend this place to ANYONE.

Just wanted to put in a quick reply to this--and no--I do not work at here. I'm glad that you find the apartment to be a nice place to live. I have not lived here, but I have inquired about living here (not looking to move until the end of the year). 'Look at the big picture'

I am sorry that you have a hard time with this but yes I live here, think the place is fine and no, I don't work for the management company. I have never had any problems whatsoever with the AC. Once in a blue moon do I see a police car cruising in the parking lot. I also think the grounds are pretty decent. I think you have an axe to grind. Stop complaining about bugs-they are everywhere in Arizona.
