So rude they threatened to have me arrested for not signing a legal document. Wouldn't give me time for an attorney to read it. Scorpions all over the place, they do nothing to fix it. Management is HORRIBLE. Rude!!!! No one picks up after there dogs, so no place for kids to play. No cold water. If ya have a fear of spiders or Scorpions stay away. Cars have been stolen out of here and we have security gates. Stay away.

I live here and don't have any of the problems that you do. You live in Arizona-there are spiders and scorpions all over, especially at apartments. I always have cold water. No problem whatsoever with my car -you should know that just because there's a security gate, that doesn't mean your car is secure. This is a pretty decent place and no-I don't work for the management.

i completely agree with the original post...the management is very rude. i've lived in the complex for far too long and i've had problems with the scorpions and crickets just as long. the crime has also gone up. There was a murder in December. Management has not done anything about making the complex more secure. My girlfriend lives in a complex that is not as expensive as Dobson Town Center and even THEY have a full time security staff.
