I've lived here for about 9 months. The office staff is really nice, but the manager is most definitely not. I could list a hundred examples for you, but I recommend you speak with a few tenants before you sign a lease here. The security is very poor, despite the fact that this is a gated community. The walgreen's has been robbed a couple times (right next to the complex), a person was mistakenly shot by a friend a few months ago, and most recently a resident was burglarized and shot. Check any news site for this information. The fence that surrounds this property probably does a better job keeping tenants in, than it does keeping people out. The gate codes are too simple. Finally, it's a bit overpriced.

Okay, now the good. The grounds of this property are well maintained and the maintenance staff do a good job (prompt and courteous) The pools are kept clean and the gym is nice.

I have lived here for quite some time & boy this place has hit rock bottom!! Despite the crime that has happened which occurs at any apt. complex & the scorpions on occasion however, management is poor & maintenance -you're lucky if they make it in a week! I really enjoyed living here, especially the location everything you need is so close by too. However, my lease is up soon & I have a lot of good & bad memories living here. It's too bad because I would recommend this place maybe two years ago but ever since the current management has really made our living experience frustrating & how they have treated my roommates & I since we have been nice & cooperating tenants over the years is not good & let me tell you... I have some stories that has happened,two water heaters burst, black mold, scorpions, roommate's boyfriend's car was stolen, car broken into, & one roommate had to move out because of pets which is the least of the apt's worries when there is a scorpion/spider problems ongoing, car thiefs/break-ins re-occurring, & shootings. I would recommend no unfortunately.....

I HAVE HAD BLACK MOLD HERE TOO. AND THEY REFUSED TO HANDLE THE PROBLEM PROFESSIONALLY...I DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED.
