Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I've lived at the Dobson Town Center Apts. since Oct., and I have NEVER seen a single Scorpion. Even if I do I wouldn't blame the apt complex after digging for the 101 freeway- scorpions are common in the area surrounding the 101. My old condo on Price & Baseline had a ton and they never stung or bothered me. And I've personally witnessed the NICE manager be yelled and screamed at by RUDE residence so I wouldn't blame her for barking back. Great place, great maintenance, and nice staff (and you do sign a bug/insect waiver and notice so READ warnings before you sign them!)
