My daughter and I moved in the day after Thanksgiving 2007. Management was very helpful and accomdating throughout the move in process. They have also been great so far. Maintenance issues are handled promptly, many times before I have even finished the call with the office. Lanscapers do not start too early in the morning, so you're not woken up to that awful noise. The areas around the dumpters are always picked up, tidy and emptied often. Management does a great job of keeping late night noise at a minimum. There is also always plenty of parking for guests.
