Scorpions are a huge problem here. Property managers change like the weather. I decided to move out when they let drug dealers move in upstairs. I understand they don't know if somebody is a drug dealer before they move in but the weekly domestic disputes at 5-6am with the police being called several times makes me think they had a good opportunity to figure it out. Management is horrible. When I moved out they did their walk through and said everything was fine. I found out it wasn't when I received a call from a collection agency. They charged for carpet claiming there was a huge stain in the living room. We left that place in great condition and there were no stains. The model looks nice with the kitchen counters but the place is falling apart already with it only being 8 yrs old. I moved a mile down the street and love my new place. I have lived in 8 different apartments in the past and this place (doesn't look it from the model) is the worst by far.

This apartment community showed me the vacant that I was going to move into and there were no problems. I think this person is just mad because they were charged. My carpet was beautiful when I moved in. I a sure they do have to charge the previous tenants for damages in order to give me new carpet. :) Some people have nothing better to do...

You are probably an employee of the company. If not you are moving into 1073. You have the luxury of new carpet but good luck with your neighbors upstairs. Just make sure you cover your bases. We had old carpeting that the stains showed though after 2 weeks and we reported it to the property manager but it was not documented and that was 2 property managers age. BTW Michelle is leaving so please be careful.

You see, that's why I think apartment complexes should make people submit to drug tests! I would totally live in a community that both A. Submitted people to drug testing before handing over their keys and B. Didn't allow smoking!! Woot woot!

I AGREE WITH YOU. THIS PLACE SUCKS. AND THERE WAS A MURDER HERE IN 2006 AS WELL AS THE BAD STUFF YOU WERE WITNESS TO.
I HAVE SEEN SEEDY TYPES HERE CURRENTLY AFTER MOVING IN...THIS HAS BEEN A BAD CHOICE FOR MANY REASONS. I LEFT MY OWN REVIEW ON THIS DUMP, HOPE IT WARNS ENOUGH PEOPLE BEFORE THEY MAKE THE MISTAKE OF LIVING HERE.

I lived there and I liked it for the most part...my corner had a beautiful pool view and was peaceful...the only thing was when we first moved in there were so many med sized spiders I killed more than 10 (house spiders) then they went away,(we are very clean) I was freaking out!! I did find a small scorpion on the wall.... that was enough to make me not want to live there anymore...I would reccommend it to someone for a short lease and make sure to exterminate!! The manager Robyn was very good to us ! They also have a beautiful clubhouse you can rent out for only $50.00 and we had a halloween party it was nice! Set aside the bugs which was a huge deal it wasnt "horrible" like people make it out to be! Also there was a murder there in 06 and that was my friend we went to Marcos De Niza High School together ..and there was nothing the apts could have done to prevent that .....
