I live in the back corner of the apt complex and it's totally fine.
Here's the thing.. I moved from California and read these ridiculous ratings.. It actually scared me and made me more aware. I've found if there were any problems you just need to speak up and they will get taken care of. The management did a clean sweep of the morons, and all great people are working for them now.
This is a nice complex... but my advice is live upstairs, and away from the main pool.
Downstairs people get the hear everything because of the thin floors, and the people around the pool have to listen to the ASU boozers on a Tuesday night. Alas, I am only 26, not far from the moron age so I can't really speak ill of them.

I like it here, and if you're not a passive aggressive complainer.. you'll do great here.. :)

Clarification for people reading reviews!! The original post by the "need to repost the positive reviewer" had to do about scorpions and that you shouldn't worry, no big deal and she had not seen any. Her original posting name was Sally and she rewrote her original review and what follows seems out of place. I guess she had to change her story as she began to encounter the many scorpions that crawl around the complex and inside the apartments. I hope this will make more sense now. Listen up Sally!!! Hmm, you must not have good eyesight. I have lived at the complex for some time and just the week before your post my son (who has already been stung here and so has another family member) saw something move on the carpet and when he took a closer look....a baby scorpion is what he saw and warned us, luckily he didn't step on it nor was the baby in the area. That same night I did an inspection and found 2 medium and 3 adult scorpions outside in the patio area. The following day I found another scorpion inside the master bedroom door and the day after that another one under the entry door to the apartment. So, you may not have seen any (by the way, you almost need a black light) or you don't know what they look like or what/where to look for, don't go around saying there are no scorpions as that would be a false statement.
