I HAVE NEVER, EVER LIVED ANYWHERE WHERE THE OFFICE STAFF COPPED ATTITUDES ABOUT A RESIDENT WANTING TO BE HOME DURING MAINTENANCE CALLS. I HAVE BEEN MADE TO FEEL LIKE I'M RUINING THEIR LIVES BY ASKING FOR A REASONABLE TIME WINDOW FOR MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS.TENANTS HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO BE HOME WHEN ANYONE ENTERS THEIR APARTMENT, BUT THEY DON'T SEEM TO RECOGNIZE THAT HERE. THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE APPEAR NICE TO START WITH, BUT THE ATTITUDES TURN SMARMY,IMMATURE AND ARGUMENTIVE. EVEN THOUGH I GIVE AS MUCH OF A TIME WINDOW AS WE MUTUALLY NEGOTIATE, HALF THE TIME MAINTENANCE NEVER SHOWS UP EVEN WHEN I TELL THEM I'LL BE HOME ALL DAY. I HAVE ALSO TRIED HALF-DAY TIME WINDOWS. FOR INSTANCE, I'LL BE HOME ALL DAY AFTER 12 NOON, ON A DAY THE STAFF AGREES TO. AND THEY STILL OFTEN DON'T SHOW UP AT ALL, AND NEVER GIVE CURTESY CALLS. THEY COULD AT LEAST CALL IF THEY HAVE TO CANCEL, SINCE THEY KNOW FULL WELL I AM MORE THAN MEETING THEM HALF-WAY BY GIVING LARGE TIME WINDOWS AND WAITING AT HOME FOR THEM TO SHOW UP. I HAVE ACTUALLY BEEN IN ARGUMENTS WITH THE STAFF OVER THIS. ASIDE FROM THIS PLACE BEING VERY BADLY MANAGED, THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING GOING WRONG AS WELL IN THESE LOUSY,OLDER APARTMENTS AND I HAVE TO CALL FOR MAINTENANCE MORE THAN I EVER WANTED TO IN MY LIFE. SOMETHING IS ALWAYS NEEDING SOME SORT OF REPAIR, AND THE STAFF IS JUST SURLY ABOUT IT IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO BE HOME WHILE REPAIRS ARE DONE. AND REPAIRS HAVE TO BE DONE,RE-DONE THEN DONE ALL OVER AGAIN FOR SOME STUPID REASON THEY NEVER GET IT RIGHT. MAKES YOU WONDER. I'M OUT OF HERE WHEN THE LEASE IS FINALLY UP. I HAVE NEVER LIVED IN SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL APARTMENT COMPLEX IN MY LIFE. I HAD A MOLD ISSUE TOO,AND IT WOULD TURN YOUR HAIR WHITE TO HEAR HOW THEY "HANDLED" THAT. RAMPANT BLACK WIDOW WEBS OUTDOORS ,AND GENERAL AIR OF NOT SO GREAT OUTDOOR UPKEEP AS WELL. CIGARETTE BUTTS EVERYWHERE, SMALL ITEMS OF TRASH OF VARIOUS SORTS NOT PICKED UP OUTSIDE TOO. IF YOU WANT PETTINESS AND COCKY ATTITUDES YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE...THESE MORONS NEED TO WAKE UP AND REALIZE THE TENANTS ARE HOW THEY GET THEIR PAYCHECKS, THEY NEED TO SHOW MORE RESPECT. I AGREE WITH OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAVE SAID THERE ARE A LOT OF SCORPIONS. I HAVE LOST COUNT OF HOW MANY I HAVE FOUND. GET READY TO HAVE TO LET IN THE PEST-CONTROL PEOPLE ON A REGULAR BASIS AND YES YOU WILL GET SICK AND TIRED OF IT. "ARCHON RESIDENTIAL" IS THE GROUP WHO SUPPLIES/MANAGES THE STAFF HERE IN CASE YOU'D LIKE TO GIVE THEM YOUR 2-CENTS.

Obviously you're an employee of Dobson Towne Centre. Same level of "golly-gee" retardation I've encountered here all along, and the same tendency to homogenize everything that gets said. And who else would attempt so hard to answer my online complaint point-per-point the day day after it was posted. Wake up and look at all the rotten feedback, you might learn something.

wow! I had a similar situation with the office staff regarding appiontments to do service request when i first moved in a year ago. After i went in to talk with them they explained to me that they can't always get to you when you have an app. just because of the fact that they have a list of other residents that have called work orders in and are ahead of me. Also they could have emergencies in the middle of the day. They did bring up a good point. The leasing girl then called the maint. in to meet me so i new exactly who would be coming in my apartment. They also let me know that everyone on staff goes through a full background and criminal screening and also goes through training to be certified maint. They were more than willing to call me before they entered so that i could meet them at my apt. the first couple of times until i could get familiar with maint. guys. Which by the way now that i give them permission to enter when im not home, my request are done the same day. So perhaps you can try my solution. But i can say tht as far as scorpions you are in arizona there are lots of wildlife in the desert. But i have never seen anything in my apt. but when i lived in a house down the street i was infested with scorpions. I have lots of friends that live in other communitys that have scorpion problems. But i am happy here and i look forward to renwal time because before moving to arizona two yers ago i lived on another archon property in florida and they where an awsome team too. Sometimes us humans we get angry when things don't go our way but what we have to realize is that not everything is in our control and sometimes we have to accomadate to the people that we are working with.

My sugesstion to you.... buy a house, you are talking 3 maintence men for 300 units, you are not the priority lady. If you want it done on your schedule pay for it yourself. They are providing a free service to you, if you owned a home good luck getting roto rooter in when you want it. Please do us all a favor and move out.
