I read the other reviews and have to agree with most of what is said. I have seen the standards go down ever since I moved to the property a few years ago. The scorpions arent as bad as they used to be ( that means I went from 13 in a month to 5 ) but the quality of the service is terrible, and it is the main reason I will be moving when my lease is up, and is also exactly the reason for a few of the many move outs recently. The front gate has now been broken for over a month, and before the front gate, it was the back... doesnt make you feel too good if you're paying 1000.00 dollars for a "gated" property.(they couldnt get someone out to fix it in a month'' They must be on the same schedule as the maintenance people at the property!) The girls that work in the front office are sweet as pie until you sign the lease, and then you're lucky if you can get them to answer the phone when you call, much less get a work order completed. Im sure that once I do move, they'll try to find a way to keep my deposit to make up for all the vacancies. My sincere advice is to keep looking and save yourself alot of time, trouble,and headaches later.
