I didn't have an ant problem, but my A/C was out for over a week before anyone fixed it, among other problems. The maintenance people are generally nice, but inefficient and sloppy. I moved in because the apartment was attractive, but it was not well taken care of, and I would much rather have an older apartment with a boring floor plan and working appliances than one here.
