I'd have to agree with the majority of the people that have posted a review, we had constant problems with the office staff. The one thing we were surprised about was that there was no grace period to turn in your rent, if it was not in on the 1st, on the 2nd you were charged $75 and so on from there. Half the time we didn't know how much our rent was because the water was included some months and others we got a separate bill. They were overpriced for the neighborhood, it was like we were living in little Mexico. The cops were always in the complex for some reason or another and we heard gunshots close by at least once a week. There is no security and we even had a bum sleeping in his car in our spot for about 2 weeks before anyone did anything about it. We also had a garage, but it was so small and we had to share it with our neighbor that it was impossible to park two cars in it without hitting the other car or getting dings on your doors. The lighting sucked and it wasn't a safe place to live. Aside from all of that, we had awesome neighbors, being that we have an odd schedule, our neighbors never complained about us being up at 3AM and cooking on the bbq. They were friendly and polite and we had many times when a group of us would all get together. However, it wasn't worth paying almost $900 a month for good neighbors.
