To tell the truth my sister and I were looking for an apartment that was cheap in price. When we found the Fairways the price was right, but not the quality, the apartments are 17 years old and show, it is very true you get what you pay for. Dirty and unkept and all appliances are from the 1920s. When I decided to cancel moving in they refused to refund my money even though I cancelled in the alloted 24 hours. When I called and spoke to the main manager she refused to discuss the situation with me and told me that she did not want to talk to me and that she was hanging up on me. No on wanted to explain to me why they weren't refunding my money when it clearly states in the contract that if I cancel I will be fully refunded. They lied and I am glad that I am not stuck there for the MINUMUM of a 13 month lease, no less. The place is dirty and not worth your time, please look elsewhere and I feel very sorry for all of the current residents. P.S. they will not discuss any of their reviews from this website and are very against it.
