they have shut the hot water off for the whole complex multiple times for varies reasons. this would be fine except the notification paper would say water would be back on by 700pm on the same day and come six days later they would finally come back on. i renewed a lease and was promised a new fan in the bedroom and it is in the lease and they have yet to do it. i have contacted them six times still nothing all they ever say is they are too busy. i am out of here at the end of the lease and do not recommend it to anyone. they also had all the gas grills turned off for july 4th holiday. no grilling for residents i guess.
