If you are looking for a place that will keep you in total confusion, The Faiways is for you. The management staff will keep you amused by telling you one month that your rent and water are combined, the next month they will be separate. Add to this the fact that the apatrments have very nice, spacious balconies that are almost completely unusuable. They are unusuable because the owner has decided to take out most of the mature shade trees in favor of immature palm trees. This means that the only protection from the sun is either before dawn, or after sunset. Tenants also can't use their own BBQ grills for cooking. It doesn't matter that the complex has only about 28-30 communal gas grills for the entire complex, about 300 apts (only about 1/3 are operational).
