In the two years I lived here the management was always ready to say something negative to you, but never quick to fix or help you in any way. If you left a message, you would never get a call back and when you called again you were told that they either never received the message or called the number that is handy - not the number you left in your message. The grills have no knobs as the kids where out of control and they took them off and then you were told to go to the office if you wanted to sign one out - same for the treadmills! You tell them something is wrong and they might come and fix it, but is it fixed right - usually not. The jacuzzi was broke for a very long time, maintenance would lock the pool for the night, but forget to open it the next day. The lighting is always going out. At one time there was a whole section that had almost all of the lights out. Getting your mail was usually a search in the dim overhead lights. The walkway lights have been out, broken off and the wires exposed and no one has bothered to fix them. The dogs are going to the bathroom wherever they want and most of the owners are not cleaning up after them. I have found most of the management to be inflexible and basically not very nice - only when you're signing the lease. They try and act nice, but once you don't do something the way they want or ask for something - beware. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
