I lived there for a year and the water was turned off at least twenty times. Sometimes they send a notice first but even then the info is incorrect. I called the office to complain and she told me the main boiler was broken. Unless the apartments were built in the 20's I don't think there's a boiler. The rocks are full of dog crap, and that's all there is, rocks, cement and blacktop. What the other person said is true, the water is always too hot or too cold, and the grills don't work. Also, when the landscapers come they blow stuff all over the cars.Not to mention, Ants, Ants, Ants! They recenlty painted all the buildings and it looks great, but looks can be decieving.

I'm right there with ya man! I do remember ONE notice about dog crap - but they've done nothing to enforce it. And once I had to cut the tree branches down myself so people could walk on the sidewalk. |
