Had a roach problem when we moved in, but other than a couple outside - haven't seen any inside since they sprayed (but we are on the second floor).

My ceiling leaks when it rains hard and now there's mold on the closet ceiling - and they haven't done a damn thing to fix it or anything after numerous calls.

Today the water heater is out - but at least the water is on! Yeah that has been a problem, thougth I think they fixed that so each building has thier own water shutoff instead of one problem taking out the whole place.

Appliances are OLD SCHOOL - and all they'll do is do patch-ups. Takes me 3 cycles to dry my clothes. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

and one more thing... They NEVER tell you when they're going to fix the boiler (like this morning) or turn the water off completely, etc. Fkng annoying!
