Hot water is an issue

The guy who wrote "If you like water, you won't like The Fairways" is precisely correct. For example, we (family with two kids of school age) don't have a hot water already four days,
and management doesn't bother to fix it.

Otherwise, these apartments are not so bad.

This place looks relatively safe.

We did not have a deal with car theft, or robbery (first three month here, anyway)
