After living in this horrible complex for a year it was time to move out. So we cleaned and scrubbed for a week to make sure everything was acceptable. I got an invoice in the mail stating that they had to replace carpets and due some light cleaning. For the amount of $250. So now I'm going to have to pay to have brand new carpet in a apartment that I did not even get new carpet in. When I talked to the so called professionals in the office they said if that is what you call clean then I don't know what to tell you. Whatever you do DO NOT leave in this complex. You will have to share your space with ---- roaches and listening to grown men ride around a mini motorcylce for hours without anyone doing anything about it. All this complex want is your money so they can renovate all the apartments so they can get more peoples money. Oh yeah you can't forget the hookers and crack heads that live here also that continusly beg for stuff.
