I have lived here for four months in a newly renovated apartment and even before we moved in we had problems. we were scheduled to move in on Dec 15th, but couldn't move in until the 22nd because the renovation was not done. Once we moved in we had to request appliances since they forgot to put the appliances in the apartment. Also, our apartment looked NOTHING like the model that they show everyone. The model had remote control fan in living room and regular fans in every room. Our apartment came with a crappy 4 bulb fan in living room without remote and no fans anywhere else. all the doors in the house were crooked and would not close, and the bedroom door was so small there was a 2 inch gap at the top and bottom. the bathroom toilet rocked and leaked and was full of black mold and rust and they told us it was brand new. A month after moving in we discovered termites in our pantry and 2 living room walls and after telling them four times all we got was a light spray of bug spray on our front door. Finally, a few days ago while renovating the upstairs bedroom, a pipe burst flooding our hallway, living room and guest bedroom. They paid to have the carpets dried, but we were stuck with the electricity bill to have 5 fans running for 48 hours to dry carpets and also had to pay to clean or replace all of our items. So if you don't mind ignorant management and like to pay to repair your apartment feel free to live here, otherwise, go to some other apartments because the only luxury youll have at these apartments is getting out alive once your lease ends.
