Unkept promises and management deceit.

We visited Gila Springs because if was close to our work locations.
They promised a low cost move in special, we vanished when we came back
the following week. But, to make things right, they promised they would
upgrade our apt with a new stove.
3 months into the lease, they still had not delivered the new stove, there
were several repairs the apt needed upon move in and were promised to be
fixed but still remained unfixed.
When we complained to management, all members of the management team suffered
the worst case of amnesia ever recorded.
I do credit the management team with quick action, however.
When some plants on our patio died..... it took less than a day for them
to put a notice on our door that the offensive planters must be removed
or we would suffer huge fines.
The gestapo went so far as to slap a sticker on our car (of which the glue
was hard to remove from window) that our license tag had expired....it had not.
The wrongs don't stop there. We tried to use the highly touted work out facilities
(treadmill, bike, and some weights) lol., but none of our keys fit the door.
When we brought this to management attention, we were told that a key deposit of
$60 was required.
Oh, I could go into great detail as to how old these apts are, but we thought
we were getting a great deal our money.
If this sounds like an ideal place for you, go for it.
If you're normal, run as fast as you can from these old and poorly managed
apartments.

This complex has charged me 2300.00 for moving out earlier. There was mold growing of my bathroom walls in the form of mushrooms and the week before that there where ants in my apartment and I lived on the second floor.
