great for large pets, big turnover in staffing

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
a little pricey. problematic with tennant requests for cleaning/fixing. very little follow up with tennants after lease is signed. very shifty with money issues. DOCUMENTATION and receipts very important!
