I had a dreadful experience with The Greens moving here from out of state. They faxed me the lease agreement 2 days before it was due back in their office! I then had to do extra running around to get the thing notarized and they didn?t even ask for the original copy of the lease agreement. Every time I called to ask about my move no one knew what was going on! The person who was handling my lease was always out of the office and no one else could tell me about anything. I would call and leave messages and no one called back! When they did call back they talked to me as if I was dumb and knew nothing about moving to somewhere new, I had to tell them how I was going to handle things since they obviously didn?t have anything under control. Then when I got here the apartment was filthy! They then messed up on the payment entry in their system and gave me a termintaion notice! The staff seems like they have their heads in the clouds and need to get back down to Earth, you are running a business! I have never had a more awful moving experience than this! It is a beautiful property, but the way the staff treats you is a complete turn off -- friendliness and promptness would be a plus!


*Update* (5/17/03)- I think this place gets worse by the minute. I?ve come to the conclusion that everyone here is simply lazy. I?ve had 2 months of truck payments that sat in the office and no one bothered to let me know I had mail in the office. For some reason the financial institute didn?t write the apt number in the address, so it went to the office rather than in my box. Why the mail carrier couldn?t simply look at the last names in the mail box itself and put it in the correct box is beyond me. What baffles me the most is why someone couldn?t leave something on my door to let me know my mail was in the office. I mean, come on, they ran right over when they made a mistake and thought they could evict me. Also, when packages get delivered and I am not home they don?t even leave notice on my door that they were here...that?s IF they even bother delivering them to me in the first place. I have been waiting on a package for my upcoming wedding and wondered why it hadn?t come yet, I even contacted the sender and asked where my package was, she said she sent it out so I said fine I?ll wait a few more days. Well, of course...it was sitting in the office with my apt number ON it. Now, why was that not delivered to me' I have been home every day for the past month, and of course there was nothing telling me that something had come for me. I don?t appreciate this lousy service, and I will never in my life tell someone that this is a nice place to live, all you get is a hassle and a headache. Either that or you may find cockroaches crawling on you at night, that?s always a lovely experience. This place in general needs to clean up thier act.
