Eviction Notice from $.01 Due

That's right, I had a Pay NOW or face eviction letter left at my door.

The amount' ONE PENNY.

And this was after two years of perfect on time rent payments.

Turned out to be THERE error inputing my paid amount into the computer system.

But they still acted rude and put off that I bothered them.

Very nice location and floorplans/layout of the apartments are great, attached private enterance garage a plus with no above or below tenants.

Pools always VERY dirty.

Staff very unhelpful.

Prices a bit too high.
