Not only does the staff care more about their looks than helping out tenants, the apartments are horrible. the walls seem thin because I heard things from neighbors that I don't want to hear. When I moved in the apartment wasn't even cleaned there were stains on the carpet and the tile in the bathroom had mold soaked thru. the toilet even had mold in it as well. I turned in my rent check once in the drop box they lost it but blamed it on me and charged me a 75 late fee. then they found it and wouldn't refund the 75$. I also have an 700 credit score and said that my credit was bad enough for me to pay 2 months up front. the other place i live in now said they screwed me over.
Stay away from here, there are many nicer places.
