I think that is a tad bit far fetched. You certainly do not care about your tenants, the only thing you do care about is getting money that isn't even owed to you! The staff makes numerous mistakes, they do not come fix things right away, they don't take you seriously about anything, they belittle you, and the staff is far from friendly....more like snot-nosed little girls. They obviously need to hire in some staff that actually knows what they are talking about and then maybe they could handle doing business. They are forever making mistakes on rent, saying you owe more than what you actually do....and yes, it's always their goof. If these people went to school for what they do, I feel sorry for the person that paid for that education because really, I wouldn't even call it an education. The bugs, the bugs are awful and no, they don't try to fix that issue either....they say it's normal or that your living conditions are considered "dirty". Hmmm, then why have I never had a pest issue prior to living here' Oh yeah, because it's cheaply put together and they don't take care of the grounds....rather it be pests or even the pigeon problem, I certainly wouldn't want my children playing outside on those sidewalks. Ever hear of a hose' You can take the time to spray down the sidewalks so they don't look so disgusting and they'd be a lot better for the kids to play on.

If you people actually cared, that place would be 10 times better to live in. I don't see it getting better any time soon. Why not stop looking at dollar signs and start looking at the faces of the tenants, we're not satisfied with the way we're treated.

If you cared, you wouldn't have to announce it on a website where you're being rated on how horrible the place is and how badly the staff treats the tenants. Tenants should KNOW that you care by the way you act and come off and how nicely we're treated when we come into the office. But yet, we're always greeted with a plastic smile and a demeaning attitude. Really, why not stop trying to convince yourself and fess up to your downfalls, we'd appreciate that MUCH more than the lies you tell.
