I checked out this property for my daughter and her family as she resided out of state. Unfortunately, I had a migraine headache and did not give the place a real lookover. The hostess was nice and the apartment looked okay, the size was large and the hardwood floors were a plus.The lady said the apartments get detailed before movein. So, unfortunately I gave my daughter the go ahead on this property. Upon move-in the carpeting in the stairwell stank like dogs had peed on it. The microwave didn't work, etc. The maintance crew came while I was there. One rude man said he couldn't smell a thing and it must be our problem. The other man was very nice but sort of jerryrigged the microwave door together.The area gets tagged and mgmt does't bother to repaint.The grounds are dirty and the place needs upkeep and paint. The gate has been broken for weeks, so much for gated community. I feel I really let my family down this place is getto!!!! Seems like management has taken a paying "onsite" holiday.
