I currently live here and I must say I agree with much of the prior tenant's comments. I used to live in an upstairs apartment and couldn't use my balcony because of the countless numbers of pigeons that lived right above my apartment! The mess was aweful. I complained several times, getting nothing done whatsoever. My girlfriend and I found several scorpions in the apartment also. We moved to a downstairs apartment once the lease was up, and other than some of the same pigeon problems, sprinklers spraying onto my windows from the other AIMCO apartments seperated by a fence right next to my building, and the window leaking in my bedroom when it rains, I guess I can't complain too much! Oh and did I fail to mention my girlfriend's car being broken into'
