Some serious issues to ponder

I live at the Greens, but not for long. The issues that I have: #1 and the Biggest is the scorpion problem which the mangement team try's to sweep under the carpet and fails to inform potential residents of. They never spray the grounds and the reason they give is because they dont want the bugs to end up in the apartments. #2 The gate never works and is open 80 % of the time. This is suppose to be a gated community. #3 The pool looks more like a swamp half the time and is way to small. #4 The gas grills are always filthy. # 5 The landscapers that work the grounds SUCK! #6 They nver replace outside light bulbs when they are out. The apartments appear very nice when shown due to size and a few good amentities, but it is a mirage. My recomendation is to look elsewhere. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
