I have rented numerous apartments for over 10 years now and the Greens are THE WORST ONE YET. Let me see, where should I start. 1. Staff is very rude. We have complained about the awful noise from the neighbors and all they have told is to understand we are living in an apartment and to learn to live with our neighbors. Neighbors are playing their music loud throughout the night. Those issues were never taken care of. 2. Construction and appliances are very cheep. 3. Bugs are everywhere. 4. Parking is not assigned and there is limited amount of covered parking. During the summer it is very difficult to find covered parking. Their reply to this was: ?Due to the amount of residence with garages there is no need to assign parking spaces.? For the money I pay, I was expecting much better qualify, service and overall satisfaction. I would recommend you to look around for a better place.
