Years at this apartment: 2002-01-01 - 2005-01-01
 

For the last several montyhs, the only maintenance has been yard work or major repairs.

Even the gates have been broken and not repaired.

The fence between the golf course and property is falling down.

Very unsafe.

Mold seems to be a major problem.

Several apts have been torn apart.
