Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
I have never lived at the Greens, I viewed it when we first came to phoenix. Like the other review I thought the bedrooms were very small.
The point of this posting is STAY AWAY from this management company!!! I lived in three Aimco properties in Dallas Texas. The first I went to was in Irving we came to dallas and viewed what we thought was going to be our apartment it was very nice even went out for drinks with the leasing consultant. Took care of most of the paperwork and what have you's over the phone since I was not living in Dallas yet. OH MY GOD! The leasing agent was not there when we got to town the movers showed up (paying them 50.00 an hour mind you) and we had to wait about 45 minutes. The ac didnt work when we moved in and after about 6 hours was finally fixed. We moved in in July and August there were terentail rains and my living room was a pool. The ceiling above the fireplace was bowing. I had people out 4x to crawl up in the attic to see what was wrong. They never got it right. Finally they let me move to another property, That was even worse. I had major surgery towards the end of my lease and I made an arrangement with the manager, Well unfortunately I didnt get it in writting and management changed yet agian and I was kicked out. As a matter of fact that was in 2002 and they are still trying to sue me even though we came to an agreement a few years ago. This management company will do whatever it takes to get you to lease from them, but then they leave you high and dry.
My advice if you are going to rent from them get everything and I mean everything in writting!! lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
